No Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund. However, we do offer exchanges within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please be aware that reverse pickup charges and delivery charges for the exchanged item are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange Procedure

We require proper images of the item for exchange. Please contact our customer service team at hello@gojofashions.com to request an exchange. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

We only refund the money in the case of receiving a damaged commodity. If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you accordingly.
